Terms of Use

Last updated: September 13, 2026

By using Pharmacy Cabinet, you agree to these terms.

The service

Pharmacy Cabinet helps you track the medicines you keep at home, including AI-assisted identification and information. It is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice — always verify anything the app shows with a doctor or pharmacist before acting on it.

Accounts & sharing

Keep your sign-in secure. A cabinet you share is visible and editable by everyone you invite to it.

Plans & billing

Free and paid plans each have their own limits, which may change over time. Paid subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Google Play, including renewals, cancellations, and refunds — we never handle your payment details ourselves.

Data retention

If a paid subscription lapses and is never renewed, your data is eventually deleted after advance notice. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Acceptable use

Don't try to bypass the app's limits or security, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or share unlawful content. We may suspend an account that does.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is," with no guarantee that its AI-generated or auto-identified content is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service over time; continued use means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
